Sometimes answers appear before we even become aware of the questions formulating in the back of our brains. That is precisely what happened to me on my second day of vacation in Sydney, Australia. My intention for the trip was simply to relax and have fun. I had a long list of fun things to do. The long list, on reflection, negated the first intention – to relax. When I stumbled upon The Secret Garden, I immediately felt a knowing deep within and realized that, rather than needing to do, do, do, I needed to pause, reflect, be still, go within, and reconnect with Nature, Self and Divine. Finding The Secret Garden was a gentle reminder that I had been neglecting my personal meditation practise.
